These terms apply to purchases made on this website, operated by UK Home Appliances. By placing an order you agree to them.

Orders and contract

Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we send you an order confirmation. We may decline an order, for example if an item is unavailable or a price was shown in error, and we will refund any payment taken.

Prices and payment

All prices are in pounds sterling (GBP) and include VAT. Payment is taken in full at checkout by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay through Stripe.

Delivery

Delivery to the UK mainland is free. Most orders arrive within 2 to 4 working days of dispatch. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees.

Returns and cancellation

You can return an item within 30 days of delivery. See our Returns & Refunds policy for details.

Guarantee and faulty goods

Products come with the manufacturer's guarantee where one applies, which may require registration with the manufacturer. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, including the right to goods that are of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described.

Liability

We do not exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be excluded by law. Otherwise our liability is limited to the price of the goods you ordered.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction, unless you live elsewhere in the UK and the law of your home nation gives you additional rights.
